What types of games do you offer?
We offer board games for all ages and occasions: nights with friends, moments with family, couple games, games for kids... Simple rules (2 minutes max), fun from the first round.
What are the delivery times and costs?
France and Belgium:
Pickup point (Mondial Relay): free, no minimum. Delivery: 3-5 working days.
Home delivery (Colissimo): €1.99, free from €35. Delivery: 2-4 working days.
Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland:
Standard delivery: free, no minimum. Delivery: 3-7 working days.
United Kingdom: from £0.99. Delivery: 3-7 working days.
United States and Canada: free. Delivery: 5-10 working days.

A piece is missing from my game, what should I do?
No worries! Contact us via the form above or the chat in the bottom right with a photo of the contents received and your postal address. We'll ship the missing pieces free of charge within 48h.
Can I return or exchange a game?
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your legal right of withdrawal. The product must be in its original condition. The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return, on the original payment method.
Beyond 14 days and up to 30 days, we review requests case-by-case: the product must be unopened (cellophane intact), and the refund takes the form of a store credit (gift code valid 12 months).

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel on the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our store.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible via the form or chat. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do what we can. Once the parcel is in transit, changes are no longer possible, but you can exercise your right of return when you receive it.
