Who can become a retailer?

Any professional with a SIRET number (or European equivalent): game shops, bookstores, concept stores, big-box retailers, e-commerce sellers, distributors. We review each application individually.

How long does it take to process a request?

We review applications within 48 working hours. You'll receive an email with your login credentials and the full price list as soon as it's validated.

How do I place an order once approved?

Log in to your professional account on our website. You'll automatically see wholesale prices (with the retail price crossed out so you can calculate your margin) and can order online. You can also contact us directly by email.

Is there a minimum order?

No, no minimum order, neither per reference nor in overall amount. You can order just 1 unit of each game to test. Only the free shipping threshold applies: free delivery from €150 excl. VAT, otherwise €9.99 shipping fee.

Are the games available in other languages?

Yes, our entire catalogue is available in 5 languages: French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. Each box contains the rules in the corresponding language.

How does the volume bonus work?

Your wholesale prices are at -50% of the public price. As soon as your cart reaches €500 excl. VAT, an additional 5% discount is applied automatically, with no promo code.

What are the return conditions?

Defective products are taken back and replaced free of charge. For returns of unsold stock, please contact us so we can review the conditions case by case.
