Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to the following countries:

  • Metropolitan France (including Corsica)
  • Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ireland
  • International: United States, Canada (subject to availability)

Overseas territories (DOM-TOM) and other destinations not listed above are not currently served. For specific requests, please contact us at contact@ohhappygames.com.

2. Delivery Times and Rates

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. They may vary depending on the destination country and peak periods (holidays, promotions).

For deliveries outside metropolitan France, delivery times may be extended by 2 to 5 additional business days.

3. Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm (Paris time) are dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we commit to dispatching products within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation. In the event of a delay beyond this period, you may cancel the contract and obtain a full refund within 14 days.

4. Carriers

Depending on your country and chosen delivery method, your order will be shipped by:

  • La Poste / Colissimo (France)
  • Mondial Relay (France, Europe — relay point)
  • UPS, DPD (Europe)
  • Amazon Logistics (subject to availability)

The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the best balance of quality and speed. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent carrier if necessary.

5. Order Tracking

A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can track your order directly via the link provided in that email.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 business hours of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@ohhappygames.com.

6. Parcel Not Received, Lost, or Damaged

Parcel not received: if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time + 5 business days, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund.

Parcel damaged on receipt: if the parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend noting reservations with the delivery driver and contacting us within 7 days with photos. See our Refund Policy.

In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical possession of the parcel. Until that point, we remain responsible.

7. Customs Duties and Taxes (Outside the EU)

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, and Canada, customs duties or local taxes may apply upon import. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price displayed on our website.
